Biden needs to explain what they were doing in his office. Trump does not have to because he can do what he wants. Biden will explain it. After they were found, Biden's people did the right thing. Trump.did not.

Trump has not faced the rule of law. He did what he wanted to do and defied the FBI and the archives. He has not faced the courts yet. I hope he does. Bidens situation is in no way as severe as Trump's. But, he needs to answer completely for what happened in public.

Fewer than a dozen were found in a locked cabinet and immediately referred to the National Archives, according to your link. Biden didn't claim, "They are MINE!" In all probability it was a mistake in clearing the office after Biden left it.
