Brazil Election Protesters Storm Government Offices

The way to kill a democracy is to elect a dictator. That's how Venezuela got theirs. Looks like some people in Brazil think they just got one too...

They've just got rid of one.

Incidentally, opposing America does not make Maduro a dictator. He's a fucking union organizer. Capitalists smear such people.

Bolsonaro supporters storm Brazilian Congress

Supporters of Brazilian far-right ex-President Jair Bolsonaro have stormed Congress and the Supreme Court and surrounded the presidential palace.

The dramatic scenes come a week after left-wing veteran Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's inauguration.

Supporters of Mr Bolsonaro - who refuse to accept that he lost the election - broke through police barriers in the capital, Brasília.

Police used tear gas but failed to repel the demonstrators.

Protesters have smashed windows, while others reached the Senate chamber, where they jumped on to seats and used benches as slides.

It is unclear if they are still in the building.

Maduro is a dictator. The guy in Brazil is a radical Leftist trade unionist and socialist. He too has political views that lead to dictatorships.

Maduro isn't a dictator for opposing America, but rather for holding sham elections, taking over control of the legislature and courts and packing both with his chosen cronies, declaring martial law, and imposing a command economy on the country. He is also a former bus driver with less than a high school education...

Let's see... He's also taken control of the press and media, rules by decree, uses the police and military to suppress the population, imprisons or exiles his political opponents, and in general is your run-of-the-mill radical Leftist dictator in a banana republic.

We did not elect one, but you rightys wanted one badly enough for an insurrection and storming the capitol.

Trumps rhetoric has spread to the rest of the world. Sad that Brazil has to endure a coup attempt just because this election denial bullshit has spread to the world.

What Maduro does which displeases capitalists is as a result of the incessant attacks upon socialism by capitalists- meaning the US government. Of COURSE, capitalists oppose socialism. The last thing that capitalists want is for workers to wake up.

Too bad about the capitalist-imposed puppet president, incidentally. What was his name again ?
Ol' Maduro proved too clever for that Mammon-serving prick- and his backers.

Haw, haw.............................haw.

Still- the US has another socialist president to try to depose now in Brasil. Here's wishing extremely bad luck on anybody supporting the intended coup.
