Democrats lock up Jan6 Capitol riot evidence for 50 years!!!

They never did investigate the cold-blooded murder of ashli babbitt by dc cop michael byrd. That was the big event of that day. Likewise with the press. They censored the incident too.

Yeah they did it was a justfied killing. The dumb bitch was smashing through the entrance and was told to stop. They should have gunned down dozens of those assholes breaking in and the pussies would have stopped after seeing that the police meant business. That or they would have been slipping on all the blood.

Yes they did have an investgation...

Department of Justice Closes Investigation into the Death of Ashli Babbitt
The investigation revealed no evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the officer willfully committed a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242. Specifically, the investigation revealed no evidence to establish that, at the time the officer fired a single shot at Ms. Babbitt, the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber.

100% of the investigation's results should be available for the public........not just what the committee decided to reveal.......

Utter bullshit and if team trump was going to show some proof why didn't they show it to the 60 or so judges that threw their wild bullshit out? Everything from the Jan 6th investigation was given to the DoJ.
When asked by one judge to present his evidence, Giuliani admitted that he had none.

You really cannot help yourself, can you?

It is physically impossible for her to have been shot in the back as she breached the broken glass barrier.

No, it wasn't, and the video evidence shows it. Byrd did not make any sort of attempt to physically stop her. He failed to issue a verbal warning, or even get her attention. He fired a single shot, then fled the scene.

That is completely in violation of federal use of force guidelines that he HAD to follow, and his leaving the scene of a shooting is a crime in itself.

Here's the truth on j6. Team trump was scheduled that day to show congress their proof that the election was stolen. Pelosi could not allow that and so she sent in the DC police to turn a peaceful protest into a riot and arrest everyone and use that as an excuse to stop the congressional hearings.

Gateway = it’s a lie

She was about to attempt to murder elderly members of Congress.

Thankfully the dog was put down.

In other news, the bitch that whelped her was arrested outside the Capitol yesterday. She was one of a small group of dogs who were celebrating the terrorist attack from two years ago.

I read about ashli's mom being arrested for nothing. DC doesn't want people talking about the cold-blooded murder of ashli.

The evidence was clear that she was warned a handful of times that there was a gun. With hundreds of people yelling about lynching the VP, and the glass being smashed by said mob, there was no reason to expect that a warning would have done anything. They were all warned to leave the area numerous times.

So you still claim that she was shot in the back? How is that possible?

You aren't supposed to walk your dogs in front of the Capitol. Her handler should have known that. She also had no proof of rabies vaccination.
The protestors were blocking the road, I thought Trumpublicans hated that, some even suggesting protestors who did that should be shot.

She was arrested for what I call "contempt of cop." That is, she was calling the Capitol police present "murderers" and such and they got annoyed. So they arrested her for jaywalking (I think they'll have a hard time pressing that one-- criminal jaywalking--in court).

You still support the attack on the Capitol.

No, there was no warning from Byrd. That's what matters. The crowd can shout "Gun!" but that doesn't count. It's Byrd's actions that count. He made ZERO attempt to get her attention and control her using less than lethal force. She obviously didn't see him or the gun. You can see that on the videos of the incident.
Also, none of that excuses or explains why Byrd left the scene after he shot her. Can you imagine a police officer making say a traffic stop, shooting the person stopped, then just driving away? That's what Byrd did.

Federal use of force rules require you try and use less-than-lethal force first. Byrd, from his position, clearly had plenty of time and opportunity to shout a warning, or even move to a more visible location to control the rioters, and Babbitt. He didn't. He stayed in that corridor off to one side and all you can clearly see is his arms with the pistol out. Not exactly high visibility.

It doesn't help that there were mixed in with that mob at least half-a-dozen other Uniformed Capitol police present. They didn't draw their weapons. Why not? The mob certainly didn't overpower them and take those weapons away. Why not?

Byrd acted irrationally and in a rash and reckless manner. He had previous incidents where he mishandled his firearm and the situation. He was a poor to bad cop and should have been seriously disciplined or even fired prior to this shooting. That he wasn't doesn't speak well of the way the Capitol police are run or trained.

All the terrorists attacking the Capitol deserved to be shot dead.

Bullshit. I simply call it what it was: A three-hour riot. It is you who grossly inflates the significance and severity of this riot. You call it an "attack" and an "insurrection." Those are full of shit, overwrought, and hysterical nonsense. It was a three-hour riot.

And, no, I don't support it or condone it. But I don't make a mountain out of an anthill either.
