Except for the fact that gay marriage still is about two consenting adult, of age, and able to form a relationship.

Silliness, sometimes "real men" go and rape lesbians, they get pregnant. And if we continue the Catholic Priest thing, if they remain "true to their god" they would still end all society if we "based society on" such a circumstance.

Sometimes gay men want kids enough to go against their nature (glad you realize that it is their nature) to do so.

They have as much capacity as any of us to have children.

Is that the reason no society would do it? Or could it be that no one in this debate has ever suggested that the majority of the marriages would be between gays?

YOu brought it up as some sort of reason not to allow gay marriage, but it is not even close to that. It is purely a strawman argument.

Odd definition of hissy. The real definition is letting your emotions get the best of you, and in your case manifesting itself into a display of condescension against your opponent.

First of all, a "real man" is chivalrous, and does not force himself on a woman, or seek to degrade her.

Second, your argument seems to be that rape is how a queer society reproduces. That doesn't fit the definition of a civil society.

Third, a priest is a man, and it is only the traditions of the Catholic Church that keeps him from fulfilling his natural tendency.

When, in a discussion of the pros & cons of gay marriage, you throw out a post like "Sound logic says that a society based on a genetic dead-end won't survive." you pretty much set yourself up for condescending comments.

It is a strawman and has no bearing on the discussion. No one anywhere has said anything about basing society on homosexuality.

That you continue to defend the statement shows your stubborness, nothing more.

He displayed condescension in regards to an argument that we should not allow gay marriage because a society based on homosxuality would end in a single generation.

And the condescension was justified.
 
okay things have changed....I talked it over with my wife and I'm not getting a divorce.....we're moving the elephant into the house and having a menage a rie'.....we've discovered we're bi-specious.......
