Guns: No more permits and background checks (Alabama)

No background checks?

I'll never really get why even the most hardcore gun rights supporter would be against background checks. It's kind of insane.

No background check TO OBTAIN THE CCP. It does not eliminate them to purchase a weapon. The wording is confusing.

the constitution requires no background checks. the framers KNEW that letting government regulate things like the right to bear arms would inevitably result in regulations that prohibited it, which has come true for some things.

Right. They let out violent criminals and then take away any possibility of people protecting themselves but we should call the cops that the left wants to defund.

Train, train, train, and teach your extended family to do the same. Every member of my family has a permit and multiple carry options. It is not the duty of the cops to protect you. They only record the events following the attack.

The concept did not exist. They have said nothing about who owns moon property either. The founders would not want this gun carnage,

that concept exists in EVERY argument and comment of the framers. They had just won independence from their previous government that tried to confiscate their arms. That is the reason for 'shall not be infringed', to eliminate ALL federal government authority over the arms of the people. you cannot speak for the founders..........unless you have some super secret document that james madison didn't show to the people?????? The founders also didn't expect for a majority of this nations population to become cowards and start paying others to protect them.
