Chicago shootings: 30 shot, 8 killed in weekend

CHICAGO -- At least 30 people were shot, eight fatally, in shootings across Chicago over the weekend, police said.

SUNDAY A 9-year-old boy has died after he was shot Sunday while inside a home on Chicago's South Side. The shooting happened in the 9400-block of S Wallace Street, according to police. The child was transported to Comer Children's Hospital in unknown condition. Area 2 Detectives are investigating.

Also, we thought Trump stopped the violence when he sent in 100 federal agents.

Speaking in his inauguration address about drugs and crime that “have stolen too many lives,” Trump declared: “This American carnage stops right here and stops right now.”

“If Chicago doesn’t fix the horrible ‘carnage’ going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!” the president said in a Twitter post.

Maybe, but it isn't Democrats that are doing that. They are doing the opposite. They are reducing bail requirements, shortening prison sentences, not prosecuting criminals fully sometimes not at all. So, actions scream louder than words spoken by liars--like Biden--will ever do.

And Republicans never do that? Do you remember the judge who ruled that a young man was too privileged to suffer consequences for his crimes. There are good judges and bad judges on both sides, pointing fingers at Democrats alone is ridiculous.
