IMO most of the problem is coming from the 18-30 age group. High number of I DONT WANT TO WORK people in that age group. You know what my answer is? Fine,...then dont work. But dont expect either the government or anyone else to care for your needs. Dont wanna work? No problem,...then go live out in the woods and eat birchbark and dig up grubs. At night maybe they can find a cave to crawl into...Lol.

I do agree, however, that the labor market is fucked. Such low unemployment and nearly every business with open positions. It's messed up.
