The video I saw was of a woman standing straight up unarmed with cops all around her who were not paying any attention to her. Then BLAM!................she was shot dead.
He fired, she hit the floor and within 3 seconds ARMED swat team members are treating her.
Why was he justified in shooting an unarmed woman when armed SWAT teams members could have pulled her backwards out of the window?
That is an interpretation by some guy at Judicial Watch. The official investigation proved the opposite.
