obama continues the gray hair trend

My only conjecture is that there is no evidence.

More actual evidence than was in the dutch study blaming homosexual marriages for the problems in straight marriages. And yet you wanted to use that as evidence.

Funny how jumping to conclusions in one is evidence and in the other it is meaningless. I guess it depends on whether you want it to mean something or not.

"No" evidence or no possibility of revealing evidence due to the conditions of the settlement? Saying there is "no evidence" as a result, is conjecture.
There's no evidence that you can use to support your argument. Zero. Zilch. Nada. That leaves you with conjecture, pure and simple, no matter how you spin it, or how long.

No evidence I can use does not mean there is no evidence, it means only that evidence that might exist has been legally suppressed, that is my argument. You can no more prove his innocence than I can prove his guilt.
It is a fact that if he was innocent and allowed the case to come to trial there would be no room for "conjecture".

So using your argument, John Kerry's Vietnam medals must have been given under false pretenses (at least three of them anyway) and Bill Clinton has some serious venereal diseases. :good4u:

Keep repeating that shit doesn't make it true. The Dutch study is valid.

The dutch study doesn't have a single piece of valid evidence in it. Yet you insist its valid. They make no connection other than the fact that two things happened during the same 20 year period. They even admit there is no evidence connecting the two things, yet you insist they are valid.

And then you insist that the evidence offered in this thread is invalid.

there is nothing to dispute....all it says is "reported"....it is not reported as fact and it does not say that he received a full scholarship....it is a known fact his grandmother was VP for the bank of hawaii....trust me, if he recieved a scholarship, it was not a full ride....

nice try....but perhaps you could come up with something better than "reported"

and if you want to whine to me about judging others as stupid, you often call what others say or post as garbage, so pull the plank out of your own eye

So you looked at the WND site where they wrote "reported" and ignored the NRO site where they stated he actually "received" a scholarship. It's not just those two sites that commented, here's another:

"His mother's charitable work, his multiethnic friends and the economic gap between his family and his classmates at the island's most prestigious private school _ he attended on scholarship _ helped forge Obama before he left for college on the mainland."

His grandmother was a bank VP so it follows that she paid for his schooling? Like I said, cite something to back this up.

LOL, and you think I write dumb posts. What are most scholarships for? How about tuition, ya think? We are talking about el-hi, not college athletics.

you've obviously never recieved a scholarship....

was it a merit scholarship, a needs based scholarship, a minority scholarship....there are thousands of different scholarships

you claim he recieved a scholarship, yet you don't even know what kind of scholarship....

I didn't ask you what you wrote. I read your post. I asked what you think, i.e. your opinion. Given that your arguments are leaning in favor of O'Reilly, it appears you think he's innocent.

...o'reilly is not you, he is a major public figure and often times for them it is safer and cheaper to simply end the ordeal so it is out of the public's mind..

...again, thank you for admitting all you have is conjecture/speculation....

...amazing how pissy you get when you're proven wrong...

Why are you so afraid to give an opinion on this? Methinks you protest too much.

Again you're blowing smoke. This is an opinion forum. Topics are introduced and people speak their minds. Of course every case is unique. I'm asking you what you would have suggested to O'Reilly based on as much information you've learned from reading.

My opinion is that if O'Reilly swears he's innocent, he should have filed a countersuit for slander, taken it to trial and let the chips fall where they may. After all, if he could *prove* his innocence, he could collect a settlement plus costs, so what, exactly, did he have to lose?

you didn't merely ask me my opinion....you asked my opinion as a lawyer....as such, i am not simply going to give you my personal opinion....as a lawyer, i wouldn't give an opinion about a hypothetical case in which i didn't know any of the facts....

you're being completely disengious, i've stated repeatedly that i believe the reasons are to protect the reputation, i've stated other public figures have settled.....so if i had a case like this, i might just go for settlement.....

So you looked at the WND site where they wrote "reported" and ignored the NRO site where they stated he actually "received" a scholarship. It's not just those two sites that commented, here's another:

His grandmother was a bank VP so it follows that she paid for his schooling? Like I said, cite something to back this up.

you do realize his mother sent him to live with his grandparents in HI so he could attend that school.....are you telling me she just assumed he would get scholarships all the way through school? this isn't even remotely close to logical. she knew his grandparents could afford it....

again, you haven't shown what kind of scholarship it is, nor the amount...it could have been 10% of the total tuition....

1. Bill
2. Only the ones that he wants us to see.

Kerry's military records and Clinton's medical records have both been sealed.

So now your argumment is not that O'Reilly is innocent but equally guilty?
Who can ever forget O'Reilly's claim to have been in combat, and then there's the one about 2 Peabody awards. You have a strange hero there m'friend.
