Twitter is not paying its bills. It is bankrupt. If this is a fake bankruptcy, then Musk should go to prison, but let's assume it is real.

I am tired of seeing those that drove a company to bankruptcy profiting off not paying those who loaned them money. They should be the first to lose money. If Musk thinks this is a temporary problem, he should use his own money to pay the bills. If he is not willing to use his own money to pay the bills, he should lose ownership. It is a simple as that.

Not so fast. Just because Musk cannot get any value out of Twitter does not mean there is no value in Twitter. The creditors should be allowed to have their bills paid by a competent owner of Twitter.

This is about business, not politics. You may not like it that people who disagree with you are more successful in business, but that is your problem, not theirs.

One of the worst business failures I think I have ever seen. I will post more on this in another thread, but Musk actually thought people would work hard for less money to glorify him. There are two reasons tech workers are willing to work 90 hour weeks for below market rates, either they think they will get a big payday in the end, or they think they are building something great. Better yet, they believe both. Musk took that away from them, and then expected them to work hard for his own glory and wealth.

From what I read Twitter was worth about $25 billion and Musk paid $44 billion, if this is the fact, then it's very clear that Musk is going to have a tough time trying to make Twitter profitable. In my opinion Musk made a colossal mistake.

I am beginning to think you are right. He took billions in loans, with no intention of repaying them. This may be a con larger than Madoff and SBF combined.

I think musk will make twitter profitable mostly by driving down cost. Theres a lot of shocking stuff going on in the company actually. According to him they initially discovered that non US telcos had been creating bot accounts purely for the sake of logging in. Each time they logged in MFA was triggered and twitter had to send a text message. It was so bad that twitter was paying these telcos 60 million $ a year for these text messages.

Theres a lot of efficiencies like this that can be foudn to make the company run better.
