The statistical probability of that happening is probably 10,000% greater than a mid-air collision right above my house, especially with the asshole drivers around here. And fender benders are actually quite a common occurrence, a few right in front of my house, in fact.

Both driving and flying are heavily regulated activities, with flight being the more heavily regulated. They are PRIVILEGES, not
rights, and the proverbial 20 year old college puke has no right to track the whereabouts of any individual without their permission.

Municipalities monitor general traffic flow. The state takes pictures of my license plate when I get on and off the turnpike so it can charge me tolls. If I commit a crime, those government entities might focus on my vehicle with helicopters or drones or other technologies(police now have a thing called ALPR that reads license plates and connects to the state database to determine if the registration is current or if the car is stolen, etc.). You may be dismayed to learn that they don’t call that proverbial 20 year old college puke.

There’s no argument here. All of this is fact. But here is some opinion for you. I believe this is more of a 4th amendment issue than a 1st amendment issue. Remember privacy? Probably not.

I never said it would prevent that. If it was "private", we wouldn't be able to find out his flight paths, would we? If Elon is so concerned, he could talk to the FAA about it.
