HISTORIC BUST: Border patrol agents seize $100M worth of meth hidden in Clorox bottles
EDINBURG, Texas – The third largest meth bust in U.S. Border Patrol history was uncovered when agents found $100 million worth of liquid meth hidden in Clorox bottles.

On December 8, Falfurrias Border Patrol Station agents at the Falfurrias Checkpoint referred a tractor trailer to the secondary inspection area for an immigration inspection.

During the immigration inspection, agents discovered 1,440 Clorox bottles filled with 3,000 pounds of liquid methamphetamine instead of the everyday household cleaning solution as the labels indicated.

The street value of the seized methamphetamine is estimated at nearly $100 million.

“RGV Sector agents work diligently every day to interdict vehicles being used in human and drug smuggling events. This historical seizure is a prime example of our Agents’ efforts to continuously impact and degrade Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO) exploiting the Rio Grande Valley. I am extremely proud of our Border Patrol Agents and how the interdiction kept these dangerous narcotics out of our communities,” stated RGV Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez.

Drugs are a profitable business making billions of dollars. Want to slow it down or stop it, attack the cause. Provide drug rehab, healthcare, and counseling for anyone drugging. Eliminate the profit. When you stop someone bringing in drugs, another takes their place. They are wiser and better organized because they learn. The war on drugs is just stupid. We should have a war on addiction.

It was a Drug Bust people! Nothing political about this. There is no reason to spin this story into something it's not!

It demonstrates that our Border agents are doing their job.

It also demonstrates how drug cartels smuggle drugs into our country today- THEY JUST DRIVE THEM ACROSS- rather than toss them over the fence!

What they catch is just the tip of the iceberg....this nation is now flooded with this very dangerous drug.....China supplies it but the Revolution has taken down the border so that it gets in easily.

The Chinese know exactly what to do to take us down without ever needing to do a war.

Drugs don;t only come through border crossings. They have been finding Fentanyl on some of the illegals.
