I know all that already but he didn't have underage sex with her. The US is not the world no matter how much you may wish otherwise. I'm not even sure he actually knew her age to be honest.
Now whether he was an arsehole for having sex with her is a different matter, he has coughed up millions and paid a very heavy price for his one night of pleasure. We don't do hanging, drawing and quartering anymore, sorry about that.
