Hey Earl, if the charges against Whelan and the teacher are bogus, why do you readily accept the charges against the basketball player? Remember, her lawyer recommended her pleading guilty to illegal possession (technically under Russian law she was) to move things along. Evidently, it played in her favor, as she's home.
