There have always been gays in schools. Other kids knew they were different. America was abusing and sometimes killing them. It was decided that schools should explain they are being themselves, as they were born, and do not deserve beatings. There is no way to teach a straight kid to be gay or seek a sex change. Many bad parents were cruel to their children who were gay. Many kids spent a terrible time in school hiding it. We were doing wrong.

this is true, but the problem arises when the basis of correction is geared to defining being alphabet gay as totally "normal" and comparable to being heterosexual.

That is just not the case. It is a common anomaly within the human genome, but like wearing corrective lenses and other minor deficiencies, it's not bad, just slightly abnormal.

To date: No man has a womb and can become pregnant and no woman can impregnate another woman. So the "normalcy" stops dead right there.

Does this mean violence or ostracizing from society? Nope...just accepting the facts on ALL sides.

In America, I don't have to like you or agree with you or socialize with you. BUT, I DO have to respect you with the same rights and privileges that I publicly enjoy. It's called manners. Sounds so crazy it just might work.

I wouldn't advocate for it, but it was a better way than now. Needs to be some kind of in-between.
