Record Breaking Turnout in Georgia's Runoff Election

Yet, 1M fewer votes in the 2022 runoff than the 2021 runoff.

So what records were broken by this runoff? All the early voting records, despite 3 hour wait times in Fulton and DeKalb.

It wouldn't have been if GA had been allowed to close early voting on the weekend before the election. Thankfully the judiciary intervened.

Even with the court's decision, 1M fewer ballots were cast in the 2022 runoff than the 2021 runoff.

Shortening the period from 9 weeks to 4 weeks is the cause of that, along with the elimination of drop boxes and higher standards for mail ballots.

In the end there was exactly as much fraud in the 2022 runoff as the 2021 runoff; NONE. But there was a significant drop in ballots cast.

Georgia Senate runoff turnout hits 1.4 million on Election Day, official says
Nearly 1.9 million people voted early or cast an absentee ballot. So more Georgians by a wide margin voted in this runoff than in any other runoff in Georgian history. Warnock is still clinging to the voter suppression false narrative though. He even said the weather was voter suppression. You can't make this stuff up. Even though the Democrats sure try to.

There are 7,004,034 eligible voters in Georgia. So, in all, 3.3 million people voted by your data.

Looks like way more than half of the eligible voters didn't even bother to vote.

Why was this? Were they suppressed? Was it because they didn't like either candidate?

Was it because they didn't like Herschel Walker?

Was it because the candidates were both Black?

Was it because they didn't like Herschel because he was tied to Donald Trump?

Hey, Your choice Neighbor.

Just pick out the answer that best plays into whatever narrative you are wanting this thread to play into for your best political advantage!

Thanks!

It’s proven that weather keeps people from voting idiot

That is why fighting extra days to vote is stupid unless YOU WANT PEOPLE NOT TO VOTE

They did.

There were long, long lines for early voting, fewer absentee ballot approvals, and fewer polling places.

Average wait times in DeKlab and Fulton for early voting was 1 hour, and average wait times in DeKalb and Fulton were 1.5 hours .

So!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what voter suppression looks like.........

.....Whenever over half the eligible voters clearly did not vote at all!

Which is the case here in the Georgia Runoff!

I'm not saying this is the only reason people didn't bother to vote, but it could also mean many were rejected due to suppression tactics.
