Cheney "Dithered" for 7.5 years!

Cheney did not speak out when his administration dithered for seven and a half years in Afghanistan and Iraq....

Now just over 9 months into Obama's administration he attacks obama saying the "Dithering on Afganistan must end"!!!

Does this man have any creditability with anyone?

She is going to run for president... What a joke, Cheneys are washed up in this country, just like Bushes.

Cheney didn't speak out while he was in office? I think if you do a modicum of research for better or worse the man spoke out quite a bit.

What would you call or consider what we are doing in Afghanistan right now?

Cheney did not speak out against what was going on in Afginastan that I know of while he was VP.

I would call whats going on in Afganistan a mantaining of the Status Quo and a thorough review of the policy. I belive we are mantaining the Status Quo to determine the outcome of the political situation with the presidental election that is limbo, and using that time to conduct a review.

No how dare Cheney, not just someone. Hell I did not even complain when Hugo Chavez spoke out against President Obama, but Cheney has no room to speak.

Oh I'm sure you all didn't speak up when Chavez called President Bush a dog, and a few other choice names, but now someone is speaking out against the thug in chief it's called being a hypocrite..

Did Chavez do the exact same thing he was claiming Bush did? Plus I expect that type of shit from a dirtbag like Chavez, not from a former United States Vice President. Hell if I dig I bet I can find CHeney complaing about Clinton for saying something about the Bush administration.

Oh it's ok for Carter and Clinton to speak out against Bush, but if it's a Republican speaking out they are expected to sit down and shut up...ah yes..

Nope, thats not what I said. I belive its okay for a former president to speak out, in fact I belive he should.

I just belive that Cheney is being a hypocrate on this issue being that he supported 7.5 years of dithering.

President Obama never said he was going to STOP the war in Afganistan, he said he was going to rededicate the resources from Iraq where they belong in Afganistan.

As Superfreak and I stated Cheney was all over the news during Bush's Presidency speaking out about what he felt the U.S. should be doing. It's not like the man sat in the background while not saying a word.

I understand you are trying to stick up for Obama you just picked a very bad analogy to do so.
