My point was that absolutes are silly. You are carrying this too far with your incrementalism argument. It is like saying all Conservatives want to monitor all bedroom actions and have sex only be legal for procreation purposes umong married people. Missionary position only, and only when the woman is ovulating.

Then when called out on it... say..

Except it isn't. The man wants to ban and make it illegal for me as a citizen to own a firearm. He doesn't hide his goal, he just ignores the constitution along the way. And you were the one who asked for "one elected leader who wants to ban all firearms"... You didn't ask for several, you asked for one.
