Whatever happened to Elon's second "dudshell"?

Owners of Tesla stock saw big losses when he leveraged his Tesla money to pay for Twitter. It has lost almost 50% in value since March.

Twitter stock owners should have jumped off when he started purchasing shares and bumped the price this spring. It lost almost 40% of value as his public fight with the board made the news.

It has again reached the high from this spring, but without any revenue stream I wonder what the near future holds?

I don’t understand how he attracted investors to a purchase that was way over value.
Invest in Twitter? In the end I think he ended up destroying Tesla share price in order to come up with the cash by himself.

Not sure if he had to purchase everyone's shares?
