so neither the special master or anyone else will do anything until the SC decides the issue....

It hasn't been appealed to SCOTUS yet. And we already have seen them reject Trump's prior appeals wrt this case, so I don't think they'll be taking it up. The only one I could see humoring him is Clarence Thomas and then only because his wife is one of Trump's cult followers.

I think the S.Ct. Will be quick, also the SM has said he will be done at the end of the month. I don’t know if the newest ruling gives Justice the documents right away or not.
