That's what i said you moron. She is right now still secretary of state and was also SOS during the elections. She controlled the election that she supposedly "won".

Actually still is. Except for the acting part. When it comes to election certification, her role is completely ceremonial. And the legislature is solidly Republican, meaning Hobbs is carrying out legislation passed by Republicans.

Someone that is elected to a position is not an "acting" person in the position. She is the Sec of State. There is no "acting" about it. She didn't control the election since the elections are controlled by the counties. Her job is to accept the county canvas and certify it. It is my understanding that because she is on the ballot, the job of certifying becomes the job of the Sec of State, the AG and the Governor. Both the AG and the Governor are Republicans.

Yeah. At least he doesn't spam my inbox with notifications like Into the Night and all his socks. So irritating. But yeah, I don't think TDAK is faking his hate of Dems and minorities. He's the "real deal" which is why I don't ignore him. He doesn't try to hide it.
