Well I hope you enjoyed it even though you had to fix it... we have to do that a lot these days... it's a good thing we know what we're doing.

Well this I think is more a me thing, I for instance dont have a lot of use for raisins and currants which are not soaked in alcohol, but I feel Ya. The need to fix before eating increasingly applies to stuff out of the restaurants of my dystopia as well as the stuff out of the grocery stores, which continues to decline in quality.

That is very very true.... (I've seen some recipes for meatloaf around here.... Dear lord .... It's no wonder it's not enjoyed...) One of the joys of being a great chef is changing people's mind about food that they have disliked their whole life...lol
