He did not declassify. He says he did, but it is a 2 step procedure that he did not do. He does not have the power to declare anything and everything declassified by himself. I suppose you Trumpys think he can just declare every document in the national archives as declassified. Trump came up with that absurd response when he got caught with a truckload of important and highly classified documents at Miralago. It is bullshit. Rightys say they believe it because they want to. They send the documents to National Archives then ask to borrow them for their libraries later. The United States still owns these documents but they are kept at libraries on loan as a courtesy.
