It reminds me of when the Neo-Cons collapsed. Their entire strategy was completely disproved by reality. They failed in every way imaginable. Their ideology had no place for non-state actor in international relations, and yet Al Qaeda existed. Their think tanks went bankrupt, no one was interning with them, phones were disconnected, no one was admitting to be a Neo-Con, Republicans were desperately trying to say everyone else was a Neo-Con....

And yet they still controlled the White House and all foreign policy for years afterwards. Heck, Bush was reelected afterwards, and kept the Neo-Cons in power.

It is the same way with the alt right. They still have a huge amount of power, but they are ashamed to admit who they are.

I get the feeling they are desperate people, willing to do just about anything to keep going the way they do. It seems like they will be easy for a prosecutor to turn.

trump is always searching around for someone willing to do jail time for him. It is horrible that he is looking at his own children. A good parent is willing to do jail time for his children, not demand the reverse.
