It's remarkable that Alaska's one House seat has been held by Republicans for 50 years until now, and that the Never Trump moderate Republican Murkowski was comfortably reelected.

Palin is an example of how America's first Russian asset on a presidential ticket went down in flames.

twump and Pence are the best second example. It's pathetic how spineless Pence is trying to recoup is rep and thinks he can run for president. Pence is just a calmer, more slimly Palin.

There seems to be data that young people came out in force to cast votes for the liberal democracy tradition, offsetting the votes of middle aged and elderly MAGA who are flirting with fascism.

I fear our current Republican party is lousy with authoritarian sympathizers. My basis: Why invite foreign authoritarians to speak at the RNC? Why does Tucker broadcast from Victor Orban's Hungary?
