Arizona Republican refuses to perform her duties until there's a redo of the election

Liz Harris, who won her election in Legislative District 13, issued a statement on Instagram and her campaign website pledging that she would not vote on any bill because she believes Republicans had been robbed in statewide races, reported KPNX-TV.

"Although I stand to win my Legislative District race it has become obvious that we need to hold a new election immediately," Harris said in the statement.

That is dumb, so those that she serves, the majority of which voted for her, won’t be represented in the State Legislature so she can perpetuate her denier status

Au contraire.

Persistent false allegations - about anything - can have a very negative effect.

Republicans keep losing and claiming "fraud." It's chipping away at election integrity, one of the foundations of the republic.

I'd suggest that, instead of hurting our country, they work on their messaging. I'm gonna guess it didn't help Kari Lake too much when she told McCain Republicans to get the hell out.

Well, when people lie about something so much, it definitely has an effect. I remember when most of the country thought Iraq was behind 9/11. Lies work.

But, I wouldn't go as far to say as that. There is definitely still election integrity. The voters in this election spoke loud & clear, for any Republicans willing to listen.

Well, don't put her on any committees, don't fund her office/staff, let her sit at home for 2 years and lose the next election.

If she goes through with her MAGA plan, and does nothing, they can have a recall election and get someone else.

Oh - you were talking about voting laws!

For sure on that, too. I've said it since conservatives opposed motor voter - the more people that Republicans can keep from voting, the more they will win elections. Their worst nightmare is full participation in democracy - basically, everyone voting.
