It's several hundred miles closer to the border of the US and not in the middle of a desert. Kind of hard to fix that. We tried to build a fence but the Democrats have blocked that. They have the rest of the fencing materials that the government paid for but the Democrats have prevented it from being affected. They won't even sell the unused fencing to Texas. Texas spent over 4 billion on immigrants its time for others to share the burden. We dropped them in front of politicians houses because they can get the immigrants government help.

It's a National problem, but Washington says it's a Texas problem. Abbott disagrees. It's up to Washington to fix it.

The Republicans gained ground. Not as much as we had hoped but we still gained ground. The Dems act like not losing as bad as they thought they would lose was a victory. It wasn't and now the house is in Republican hands. Nancy has been vanquished.

As expected in a Midterm. The fact they didn't gain as much as predicted earlier in the year is nothing to crow about.

The Republicans should have retaken the Senate but they failed. Their hold on the House is so narrow that McCarthy has to wheel and deal for Speaker and he still may not have enough votes to become Speaker.

That's not something to brag about IMO.

There's a difference between doing what is legal and doing what is illegal or through trickery.

If Biden was doing a great job the Dems wouldn't have lost the house. Roe hurt them. But I still believe the Constitution does not give the right to an abortion and it is a state issue.
