“PH OENIX (AP) — Refusing to concede, Kari Lake, the defeated Republican candidate for Arizona governor, said Thursday she is assembling lawyers and collecting evidence of voters having trouble casting ballots on Election Day as she considers her next move.”

“Lake, who was endorsed by Donald Trump, traveled to the former president’s Mar-a-Lago club in Florida on Thursday, her campaign spokesman told The Associated Press. She attended a luncheon held by the America First Policy Institute, an advocacy group created by former Trump advisers.”

She was asked if she would concede if she lost. She said she was going to win.l Asked again, she said she was going to win. That is the only option she considered
 
Whether a person concedes or not matters not at all as a matter of law, which is to say as a matter of the election. It is at most an indication of morality.

Boy, that was a load of horse shit trying to cover the insipid stubbornness of a loser candidate. All that talk is just that until AFTER the election is over...then it becomes irrational denial of a sore loser. Most get over that by the time they reach adult hood.

Candidates dont have a ratification right of the result....they have no say in the result.....conceding or not is irrelevant.

Candidates win or lose. There are "run offs", "recounts", court decisions, etc. But in the end, someone has to lose. To date, Lake lost...and there's no evidence outside of her mouth moving that points to anything shady in the vote. Like I said earlier, I wonder who is going to foot the court bills for Lake's challenges?
 
She's trying to follow the Trump playbook, without realizing that it has failed in 3 straight elections.

According to Hawkeye candidates conceding or not is irrelevant as a matter of election law, and by law is how this country was designed be run.

Your candidate lost on MERITS...lost fair & square by decent numbers (that she got the numbers she did speaks to the deplorable mindsets of many Arizonians...McCain must be turning in his grave).

Whether the candidate lost or should have lost has NOTHING to do with what role the candidate plays in the election process, which is governed by law.

Either operate at my speed or else sit down please, I dont have time to waste.
