Russia is running out of weapons, and is having their weapons fail badly. They are so desperate for support that they are going to Iran, and even North Korea. Can you imagine a supposed world power having to beg Iran and North Korea for help?

One country that is not helping them is China. China has refused to send weapons. Why? I am not sure, but the silence in response to Russia begging for weapons is deafening.

But, you might say, China is agreeing to buy Russian oil, that is like support. China is only agreeing to buy Russian oil at a 30% to 50% discount. It is saving China a fortune, and costing Russia a fortune. The Russians can do nothing about it, because most other big oil consumers want nothing to do with Russia.
 
Biden, NATO, and our East Asian allies bullied China (the supposed 'great ally' of Russia) into sitting on the sidelines due to threat of sanctions.
 
China isn't going to put itself in the hot seat for sanctions or even criticism that effects trade
All China wants from Russia is rocket tech and a secure border so it can focus it's military strength world
and not on the Russian border security
 
Russia can't be seen to be receiving help from China- and vice versa- but they are in lock-step diplomatically and, I don't doubt, assisting each other in a multitude of different ways.

Well definitely oil, which is like cash.... And they want the oil extremely cheap, so they can profit from the Russians... And they want to pay the Russians in currency that can only be used in China, not exchangeable... So they are taking advantage of Russian coming and going.

BullShit all around with particular notice that we have no idea what China is paying, neither party has any interest in telling us and US intel is almost completely useless.

Financial information on large shipments is easier to find than you would think. There certainly is a large effort to find it. Having the price be public is important to everyone.

For instance, to get shipping insurance, you have to make public the value of the cargo.

Russian crude increasingly moves via insurance from Russia and Russian friendly nations as Western nations use insurance as another act of war. They have no need to tell us anything.

Given that you provide no evidence for your claim I will assume that you are lying yet again.

Almost all the insurance for crude tankers is through western sources. It would be difficult to do it without western sources.

Agreed although "bullied" is a loaded word. China's economy has taken a huge hammering due to COVID just like everyone else's. Sanctions could cause some major problems at home for Xi.

The funniest thing is that none of Russia's best allies, outside of Belarus, from CTSO alliance is lifting a finger to help Putin

Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan all abstained from the recent UNGA resolution vote for Russian reparations- along with many others. Belarus and others voted against it.
