You have no clue where the 40% number came from. It certainly isn't for the entire year but is only for one month. When you find the numbers for the other months, let us know then we can discuss.
 
Even if we take it as only 60% of those plus about another 800,000 to a million got in without being stopped, you are still at somewhere between 1 in 5 and 1 in 4 illegals in the US arrived in just the last two years. That is totally incompetent, and Biden is still completely ignoring his legal duties to enforce US laws.

it's about 40% expelled by Title 42 as mentioned. You cling to this as an example as Bidens border isn't open.
You utterly fail to show it's not .there isn't anything to discuss until you stop making an issue that 40% (approx) someone means the border is secure

And now you need to show that of those processed under normal immigration law, 100% were let into the country. Normal immigration law allows for removal of persons that entered the US if they do not meet the criteria for acceptance into the US. You are getting closer to figuring out your claims are exaggerations. You just aren't quite there yet.

They claim asylum, they get in. if not deported at the borer it;s, how the Biden adm rolls. either you get that or you don't -if you dont you aren't seeing what's happening.
Migrants flights and bus rides by Biden should clue you in.

I've seen "processing" where they walk thru an empty store front and walk out the other side and board busses

meanwhile, good news......in fiscal year 2022 the Biden administration processed 132,000 asylum cases, up from the 21,000 cases in 2021.......of those, 95,000 were granted asylum, 35, were denied.........only 2.63M cases to go......oh wait, that doesn't count the backlog from 2021.....at the current rate, Biden will decide the fate of this years applicants by 2041.......

Always got to chuckle, ever since Obama took office back in 2008 the right has been crying armageddon over immigration at the southern border, but yet, nearly fifteen years later, I can’t say I see a whole of evidence of an existing apocalypse
