One of my friends and I picked strawberries for beer money years ago. Retirees and women worked at the orchard my father worked at after he retired.

They got the amnesty then met a stone wall against passing laws that would punish those who knowingly "hired" illegal immigrants. Guess who did that since Reagan? And they are STILL BS'ing today. Look it up. >pew-pew-pew<

I'd arrest them for trespassing and take them to the border and tell them to go back to Mexico or go to jail for 6 months and tell them if they get caught again it will be 1 year. I don't think we have the votes to successfully impeach that little weasel .

Please post evidence where/when the left tried to pass the laws you say that "met a stone wall" after you got your amnesty from Reagan.

The Democrats controlled the House the Senate and the White House so where are our laws on punishing those that employ illegals PEW PEW PEW

They ignore the fact they just had the WH the House and the Senate and did NOTHING to punish employers that hire illegals.
 
When an illegal gets caught for illegal re-entry, that is entering a second time after being previously deported, they are charged with a felony and receive a year + in prison for it. That costs taxpayers millions upon millions every year. Many illegals send a big chunk of their money home where it spent outside the US.

This pulls billions out of the US economy every year.

Worse for Americans is that illegals in the construction industry often do shoddy and dangerous work leaving your new home with serious quality issues. Seen that a lot personally. For example, when I find electrical tape on wire nuts, I know it's shoddy illegal work. The union guys and American workers would never do that, they know better.

I've seen electrical tape used to cover nicked wiring and wiring that was improperly stripped too, again illegals who don't know what they're doing.

As for what to do with them, I'd say detention camps where they are put into labor to raise the food they consume, etc., until deported. Also, the courts should take everything they own as the ill-gotten gains of criminal activity. Tack on making it illegal for them to conduct banking transactions and enter into contracts. They should not be able to get any sort of official ID like a driver's license either. Make it so they cannot function in US society and they'll leave of their own accord.

Also, start seriously prosecuting employers who hire them.

I supported the heavy fining of employers for hiring illegals from the beginning. Democrats didn't.

I had a bathroom remodel. The general contrctor used a plumber that had an illegal working for him. The illegal hooked up the bathtub wrong and had the water flowing throught the valve backward. That made a chronic drip a few months later. By the time it was fixed the right way it cost me over $1000 :|

Yep, anything other than basic manual labor of the simplest sort should never be trusted to illegals in construction. Last year I did a rip out and complete rewire on an apartment building. The original wiring was a mix of copper and aluminum with asbestos sheathing. While the asbestos isn't a big hazard in that case (It isn't "friable" or easily made airborne), it's still asbestos.
I told a couple of the illegals one of the other crews had who were eying the bags my guys were putting the wire in (in Spanish) that the wiring was dangerous and that they should leave it alone. Turned my back and it all disappeared. The illegals wanted it for the scrap value.
