In order of probability;
Maybe a misplaced Ukrainian anti-missile launch as the Russians saturated many Ukrainian cities with strikes yesterday.
Maybe a Ukrainian black op attempt to involve NATO
Maybe a misplaced Russian missile.
Maybe a deliberate Russian strike on a Polish tractor.
