Wrong. The legislation specifically says that accusations can only be satisfied by the inspections.

DNA, birth certificate...none of that shit is in the bill.

But you know what is in the bill? Genital inspections.

So why are genital inspections in the bill but DNA tests and physicals are not?

Boys have participated in girls track meets they've won state... they've never been required to give any kind of gender testing... but for the most part they will not be allowed to continue to compete with the girls... no tests....no exams... just boys on the boys team girls on the girls teams... perhaps someday they'll be gender-neutral teams but that's not the case now...

I've given you the example: your daughter wants to play soccer, so she gives her birth certificate and physical to the team to clear her to play. Your daughter does so well at soccer that she makes enemies on the field...her opponents, her opponents' parents, her own jealous teammates. Or maybe she has nothing to do with it, and some spiteful person is harming your child in order to get to you. So your daughter has to submit to a genital inspection because the BC and physical she used to clear her to play are alleged to be forged and faked so that your daughter could dominate the sport.

That's why every single allegation will result in a genital inspection.

DNA tests and birth certificates are not in the bill, but genital inspections are.
