I was reading yesterday that that physician who performed the procedure on that Ohio 10-year-old has had to sue Indiana's attorney general to get an injunction against all the lawsuits that have been filed against her by non-interested parties, mostly MAGATs in other states. They have no standing to sue, plus the basis of all their lawsuits is that she did not timely report the procedure as required by law. She did; that's how they found out about it.
