She didn't trash the country any more than MAGA's who said the country was NOT great before Trump, or who tried to downplay 1/6. Give me a break. People like her & Kaepernick were just trying to effect change - PEACEFULLY.

And I'd bet a lot of the people celebrating on this thread call themselves Christians, as well.

Sure she did. Read some of the back-stories. I have no sympathy for someone who trashes this country and gets in this situation.

She went there, broke their laws and found out her race card did not work there.

This was not her first trip to Russia you know.. she's been playing there since 2014...
she was making a lot of money there.
She knew the rules and ignored them..
Joe says he's working on it but he "can't/won't" share how they're going to get her out of there.. I don't believe he's going to be able to help..maybe someone else can. Is the sentence too harsh? Is that usually the penalty for that infraction? It's crazy Russia... look what they did to Otto..
I don't know if there is a solution... but I do know it sends the message do not break their laws...

I agree that she was stupid to do what she did, but it doesn't change the fact that civilized nations don't send people to gulags for minor drug infractions.

She's lonely, not stupid. By siding with the Trumpers, she believes she can attract more men, but the only one's she attracts are misogynistic assholes too old to pleasure a woman...yes, even by cyber.

IMO, Lig needs to join a volunteer group and meet real people, real men. Not bars, not rallies, but good social groups where she can find a person who cares more about others than themselves.
