Yes, you are a troll.

I think a neutral observer would and could easily disagree with many of their selections.

For example in the category "Foreign policy accomplishments"
FDR is rated first. FDR's foreign policy accomplishments were dragging us into WW 2 and then setting the eventual stage for the Cold War. Washington never did much on the foreign policy front in office, as the US really didn't have a foreign policy in its early days. So, these make little sense as top picks.
Likewise, Buchanan did nothing of note in foreign policy, and while you may claim otherwise, the facts are that Trump negotiated foreign relations openings between most of the Gulf States (Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, etc.) and Israel. Normally this would have been hailed as a major breakthrough in Middle East peace. He also brought US involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan to a near end.
I think in the category "Leadership ability" again, they grossly overrate FDR as a President. For example, at the Yalta conference Stalin bulldozed over FDR getting all sorts of concessions that ultimately would lead to the Cold War. FDR caved on most of Stalin's demands and when he returned to the US saying all the Soviets wanted was what Americans wanted and that Stalin was a "good Christian man."

Churchill, likewise, found FDR naive and something of a sucker to be played on foreign policy. So, it's hard to see how he could be a top pick.
On "Court appointments" FDR again is a top pick even though his picks amounted to court packing that gave him Yes men for his domestic policies. This same charge is leveled at Trump. I can't see Andrew Johnson as the worst either, as he made virtually no appointments whatsoever while in office. It's interesting that one of the few appointments Johnson did make, Samuel Blatchford, eventually ended up on the Supreme Court. Again, the positioning makes no sense.
So, I'd say the whole exercise here is one of a bunch of mostly, or entirely, Left leaning academics in History are simply foisting their mostly political opinions on the subject without much or any deliberation or evidence.
He attempted to overthrow the govt. He lost that bid as well.
Is this like when Brandon told us he graduated near the top of his law school class but was actually very near the bottom? You people fucked up in the head.
You are so fucked in the stupid it's not worth explaining why your points are about as sharp as a marble.

in your opinion, which you are entitled to.
A good historian would look dispassionately at the records and facts in making a ranking.
Or how he was a "professor" or a "truck driver..." Biden makes up all sorts of whoppers. It's almost like When I grow up I'm going to be... stories with him. The intellect of a six-year-old.

Good historians did look at the facts, that's why your Velveeta man is dead last or nearly so.

Explain to me, TAG, how somebody like yourself can write such inane things on the internet for the entire world to see,
and then have the staggering effrontery to criticize anybody else's intellect.
I'm sure that you can't.

In both cases these were complete fabrications on Biden's part. They're tall tales, fish stories. And, they are hardly the only ones. Joke tells whoppers like these all the time. He lied about his college record, he lied about his travels on Amtrak. He's lied his ass off all of his life and now in the public eye, these lies are being brought under scrutiny like never before.
Nope. There's too many kids who want their student loans forgiven. I don't have the votes.
It's always difficult to accurately rate a president who is still in office, but historians like Biden for his integrity, ability to compromise and his executive and court appointments.
However, he scores lower in his relationship with Congress and ability to communicate.
I don't care if he spouts bullshit night and day.
He's a politician.
We just assume that they're all spouting bullshit. Otherwise, they'd be in a different line of work.
We're not talking honesty. We're talking intellect. And your house is made of crystal when you criticize anyone's intellect.
I do because the shit that comes out of his mouth could profoundly affect you and me in very negative ways. Or is it you're just a masochist who loves having bosses and managers who are complete idiots telling you what to do?
Biden is an idiot. He is an intellectual midget.
No, he is not. He is not at the top of the presidential brain list, but in no way is he an intellectual midget. I have never been a big fan of us, but I came across a 3-hour interview with him on CSPAN. He knows American history and politics.l He knows world leaders and how to deal with them. He knows the business. He uses, unlike daffy Donald, an adult vocabulary. He has actually read history,
