No, because you are ignoring what he posted, he points that out to you and you continue to ignore what he posted. He knows the source of the original comment. That does not change what he stated about Rush. Rush took the original comment and made it his own by creating the song.

you ignored the fact that Damo had ALREADY pointed out who stated it first. You then failed to see the logic in what Damo stated. To create the song, Rush took the comment and made it his own. His doing so was racist. Rush has been a racist asshole for a long time. This song was an example of that. While I agree he was mocking the left, that does not change the fact that he did so in a racist manner.

I think Rush Limbaugh uses parody and irony in much of what he produces. I do not necessarily agree with his opinions or positions on ALL things, but the left places more importance on Rush Limbaugh than is necessary. If you don't like what Rush has to say, then exercise your rights. Get up off your lazy butt and switch the channel people.

No one is saying Rush can't be an asshole, nor are we stating that he cannot point out the hypocrisy... what was stated by Damo and myself is that by creating the song, Rush was crossing the line from pointing out the hypocrisy to being racist. That song did nothing to point out the hypocrisy... he used that term because he thought it was funny to call Barack a negro and wanted to use the excuse that a black man said it first so it must be ok.
By your logic if a black man says the N word, then it should be ok for Rush to create a song using the N word. There are certain words that are unacceptable for a white person to use.
