Marjorie Taylor Greene warned Ron DeSantis and other 'strong Republican governors'

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Monday urged Gov. Ron DeSantis not to run for president in 2024.

Discussing Trump's potential campaign for the White House, Right Side Broadcasting Network host Brian Glenn told Greene at the rally: "If anyone steps into the political ring and tries to challenge President Trump as far as being the Republican nominee for 2024, we feel like it's political suicide. This is his party, this is his race to run."

"Absolutely, I think that it's clear and obvious," Greene responded.

"My message is for everyone, anyone that's considering running for president in 2024 against President Trump, please support President Trump," she said.

Ron is going to win big in Florida, Trump is going to be sidelined. Trump is a loser, and DeSantis is the new, big winner. Trump hates a big winner when it’s not himself. I see a big split coming in 2024.

Whomever the nominee, they will be strong enough to defeat the fascism which lives in the US halls of power right now. And real Americans will unite behind one.

Greene is a nut. She has no power and almost no floor. She has taken a ride in Trump's golf cart since he started. She needs Trump. Trump does not need her. The day she gives him no value, he will jettison her. Desanctimonius is a smarter version of Trump.

Is she gunning for VP, Lake and Noem might beat her out, though I doubt Trump will receive the nomination.

Certainly sets up a classic primary, who can insult the other the better, where is Trump’s strategists as Bannon going to go, what about Murdoch, could even another low bar as to what is acceptable on the right

Trump is unpredictable and old. I imagine Bannon will stay with Trump, The Murdoch‘s have already started the move to DeSantis, but they still occasionally throw Trump a crumb or two.
