“Members of Congress who contested the 2020 election results admitted behind closed doors that they know their cause is false, U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Houston, said on his podcast published Wednesday, offering his sternest rebuke yet of his party’s rejection of President Joe Biden’s win.”

“It was always a lie. The whole thing was always a lie. And it was a lie meant to rile people up,” Crenshaw said, deriding some of his peers as “political personalities” rather than “politicians.”

“This extreme willingness to say the most extreme things just to grab people’s attention and then the people’s willingness to believe some of it,” Crenshaw said on the podcast. “There just doesn’t seem to be a limit to how far some people are willing to go.”

Oh, oh, another Republican tells the truth, I can hear the “RINO” screams now, I’d say it would be tougher with Crenshaw being the war hero, but we’ve seen how easily Trump and his lemmings flushed McCain and veterans, so none of that will matter
 
I’ve always liked Crenshaw. A real straight up guy. Dims and pubs both could use more like him.

Yup.
Although i strongly believe that mail in voting is ripe for fraud and abuse. Absentee voting is fine because it’s strictly vetted.

This is America. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I choose to be an election denier because it's difficult to believe that 81 million jackasses are dumber than a bag of hammers. See? I'm being nice and giving you guys the benefit of the doubt! BTW, I really like Crenshaw and I would vote for him if I lived in Texas.

You need more than that to diminish election integrity. People didn't necessarily vote FOR Biden. Trump, as you know, was extremely polarizing. People who probably couldn't stand Biden voted for him anyway.

I like Crenshaw too - and not just because of this. He's a common sense politician, and principled - which we need much more of.

I like Crenshaw but he certainly cannot speak for everyone. He can only speak for himself. He has every right to voice his opinion . God knows he put his butt on the line to have that right.

Yep I don't have an issue if a voter has to request a ballot from the registrars office. But mailing it out to every registered voter is BS. To ripe for fraud.

And you can believe 74 million voted for Trump? These are 74 million people who believed all Trump's lies including election fraud with zero evidence who tried to block the election results? These people are obviously easily duped.

Most Americans would accept dementia over trying to block a constitutional process of certifying election results. Presidents are sworn to uphold the Constitution, not be the first president to destroy it.

The election was never ruled unconstitutional. Your only claim was that the WI Supreme Court ruled the WI election unconstitutional. Even if true, that does not make the entire election unconst. Biden could have lost 4 states and still won.

But, even the WI election was not ruled unconstitutional. You think it did because you never bothered to read the case which said the Wisconsin Election Commission, not the state of WI, acted illegally by allowing the drop boxes. You still have not grasped the distinction between illegal and unconstitutional.
