Thomas was not qualified. He was treating employees badly with sex talk. As he has shown, he should never have gotten on the court. If you listen to Supreme Court questioning, you would not know his voice. He did not ask a question in over 10 years. He refuses to recuse from cases that he is deeply involved in. Thomas is an embarrassment to the court and the nation.
