Thanks to Dr. Mehmet Oz, the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, for clarification of his stance on abortion issues during his debate with Democratic candidate John Fetterman. He thinks women must now include involvement of local politicians in addition to conferring with their physicians on personal health issues connected with abortion.

John Fetterman (D-PA) drew a contrast with his opponent on the issue of abortion.

The Pennsylvania lieutenant governor held a campaign rally in Philadelphia on Saturday — where he was joined by President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama to rally for the Democratic Party’s agenda in the state. Fetterman, during his adress, spoke about his record and outlined his differences with his Republican rival, Dr. Mehmet Oz.

“I run on Roe V. Wade,” Fetterman said, “Oz celebrates the demise of Roe V. Wade.”
