Kudos to our election volunteers

Make no mistake - this is a different job than it was 5 or 10 years ago.

A lot of elderly, who don't get paid, and give of their time because they believe in democracy and want to serve.

And now, it's a job where "courage" is a requirement. Because there are crazy people out there, threatening election volunteers, and trying to intimidate people into not serving their nation.

I have great admiration for the people who ignore that, and just do their jobs. They deserve all of our praise and gratitude.
 
You're welcome. Got to send an attempted illegal voter away, to fetch one of the MANY acceptable forms of idea.

Political groups have even been training poll workers in recent years, and then the Elites stand around scratching their balls wondering why so many folks no longer trust elections.

I hope the Democrats don't throw the observers out again I want everything to be transparent for everyone.

It's careless and irresponsible to accuse volunteers of something without evidence. We have seen way too much of that since 2020.

I didn't expect everyone to share my sentiments about these workers - but they absolutely deserve praise and gratitude, and I hope most Americans feel that way.

There are election workers in GA who had to basically go into hiding after the last election.
 
there is great difficulty in obtaining election volunteers. They are trying to do their civic duty. They are not looking for trouble. The Trumpys want to terrorize them.

so you mean those that do the count afterwards -not those at the polls.
Did someone leak their identities (doxxing) -how did they know whom they are

I cant see the details, just the deadlines, but these are not the poll workers I was referring to

Once the courts refused to hear over standing or dispositive grounds i pretty much threw in the towel in terms
of seeking redress.
Even the notorious thread I started about understanding the frustration of the rioters wasnt about redress
So I tuned it out. thanks for the info
