NDA's are a scourge. No one should be allowed to utilize an NDA in a free society. I sorta kinda get it for industry. If someone pays you to develop a product they should have some assurance that you won't sell that product to a competitor, but pretty much everything else that NDA's are used for should be stopped immediately.
Even the ones Trump likes to use all the time.

Oh, I'm sorry, Yakuda, but an NDA is a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. Many of us with real jobs have to sign them from time to time. You will learn about these when you grow up and get a real job.
