Pelosi attacker appears to be illegal alien

Apparently, DePape is a Canadian citizen and lived in Canada until he was about 20. At that time he came to the US--Canadians could cross into the US for visits without a visa--and never returned to Canada. That means he overstayed his visa and was here illegally at the time he attacked Pelosi.

Now, regardless of his politics, regardless of his mental health, that he was here illegally, living in a state that does nothing about illegal aliens, shows that the Democrats--they run California and San Francisco--don't give a shit about US immigration law and are reaping the consequences of that. After all, if DePape was arrested and deported for being here illegally in a timely manner, he couldn't have committed this crime.

I for one, see no need for the US to want a mentally ill Canadian (by all accounts) living in the US illegally. There is ZERO to justify that.

What is in the criminal complaint against Pelosi attack suspect?

* The complaint accuses DePape of committing two federal crimes: the attempted kidnapping of a federal official; and assault on the immediate family member of a federal official. DePape is also expected to soon face separate charges from the San Francisco district attorney's office for breaking California laws.

DePape told police in a recorded interview that he had broken in by smashing the glass in the rear door and that he planned to take Nancy Pelsoi hostage. He said if she were to tell DePape "the truth" then he would let her go, and that if she "lied" he was going to break her kneecaps, and that he was certain she would lie even so threatened. He said he thought the Democratic Party lied, and that he was targeting Nancy Pelosi in order to make a example of one of its leaders.

San Francisco gives diplomatic immunity for violent crime committed by illegal aliens .
He’ll be fine.

So does this mean we got to build a “big, tremendous, thirty foot high, concrete reinforced,” wall on the northern border, and Canada will pay for it?

Telling, a 82 year old guy is brutally attacked with a hammer in his own house and all the MAGA militia has to say is that the attacker was an alien, the old man was gay, it was a false flag to hide inside trader schemes, and it didn’t happen cause the video is not public.

Says about all one needs to know the MAGA militia

So should we build the walls at the border?
