AA is pure anti-white racism and anti-male sexism. There is no giant conspiracy holding down negroz or wimmin. They fail because they don't have the ability of white men.

We are in the 21st century now. there is equal opportunity for all, unless you live in democrat controlled areas where they do all they can to keep minorities down.

Asians would be largest beneficiary if AA cannot consider race. White men just don't have the same intelligence as Asians.:seenoevil:

Harvard's policy is absolutely jar-dropping.

It is Asian Americans who are MOST discriminated against. They have like a 25% chance regardless of how good their grades are?

This shit is crazy. This "system" must be based on general intelligence ranges, and Asians are ranked as the most intelligent. There is no other explanation why Asians have the least chance of getting into Harvard.

Absolutely. As it stands now, they are TOTALLY discriminated against. I would be pissed if I were an Asian student.

And that is what the lawsuit is charging; that the admissions policy discriminates against Asians.

I understand they can't base 100% of student admissions on SAT/GPA scores or they wouldn't have enough students for their art, music, or theater departments because other admissions criteria are more relevant (or athletes).

I'm curious about this matter to the extent that I hope they take this opportunity to reverse AA rather than see if the actual practice in those two universities follows the letter of the law.

This august body is intended to judge Constitutionality so for them to be taking the case they need to have found a matter of Constitutionality in the mix.

If its just a matter of whether or not the institutions discriminated improperly, who cares ?

Lets not forget that all Dr King wanted was equal opportunity and he was right to do so.

It is 100% justified.
