sure they do 90% of all of those require degrees,
some small companies prob hire trades people to do them.
 
I've done every one of those jobs at one time or another.

You have experience, though, and computers were something new in your time that people were incapable of getting a degree for. If I walked in and asked for a job as a software developer these days without a degree or at least some proof that I'm competent at it, I'd get laughed at.
