"I can't deny that I really, really don't like Trump. Yes, I hate him," said one pros

NEW YORK, Oct 25 (Reuters) - A prosecutor in the tax fraud trial of Donald Trump's company told prospective jurors on Tuesday the government's star witness - a longtime Trump Organization executive - may be "reluctant" to answer questions, while some jury candidates were dismissed after expressing contempt for the former U.S. president.

Over 50% of the jurors have been tossed in this case for that reason now. Given that 85% of the potential juror pool voted for (by election results) Biden and Democrats, it's probably going to be very hard to get an unbiased jury.

Great legal case for a CHANGE OF VENUE...LIKE OHIO...trying it in NEW YORK, WITH ALL THIS BULLSHIT ALREADY KNOWN, WILL MAKE IT EASY TO OVERTURN AN ANTI-TRUMP VERDICT THERE...

Ok.

Nobody hates the diseased orangutan more than I so, but I'd NEVER say it during voir dire.

I would be devasted to lose the opportunity to participate in Trump's crucifixion.

I hate Trump as much as the next guy, but I would want a fair trial. Otherwise, we're no better than him and his kind.

So you equate unbiased with pro-Trump?

No, I equate unbiased in this case as as rare as unicorns. The problem for the prosecution is trying to get an impartial jury to hear the case. If the jury shows clear bias, it's instant grounds for a mistrial.

Moving the trial out of the state of New York would, of course, be unconstitutional. Overturning a verdict, because the court did not break the Constitution would show the Supreme Court to be not interested in real justice.

trump should have thought of the jury pool when he decided to commit crimes in New York State.
