Budapest is a beautiful city. I’d live there before most American cities.
I haven’t visited the other places so can’t comment on those. I dont think Russia would be safe. We’re in a proxy war with them as you know.

"Giving up on the United States" sounds a little deeper
and more pessimistic than just cheap real estate.
