I don't think that will change many votes. Pro-choice people already vote Democratic. The largest number of pro-choice people live in states where abortion will remain legal (CA, NY). Even in states like MS they have 15 weeks for an abortion and 96% are performed by that time.
Democrats will lose the House because Republicans only need six seats for a majority and they will lose more than that.
