The Democrats stupid strategy on promoting election deniers & extremists

Moron almost none of the right believe in QAnon that is a figment of the left over active imagination. Saying that a significant part of the base believes is total crap . If you don’t believe me show some proof of what you said. We all willing understand if you can’t back up what you said because we know that you are a liar

I've never lied on this board. Conservatives here - for the most part - are in denial about the nature of what their party has become.

For starters, they helped conspiracy believers and even lunatics defeat what were generally more moderate, reasonable Republican candidates. In the hopes that those races would be a slam dunk if they could get the extremist as the opposing candidate.

It is already backfiring - and might have created the biggest threat to both the future of Democrats and the republic with the ascension of Kari Lake. She's like the perfect candidate - charisma, decades of media & message training, seems to understand the psychology of the mob. Instant frontrunner for Trump's running mate in '24, whether she wins or loses.

If Democrats lose some of those races now, they deserve it. It's not an honest way to treat competition. Neither party should try to meddle like that.
Both sides do it, but I agree it was stupid.

A mainstream Republican wouldn't draw the MAGA morons to the polls.

I'm assuming they were more concerned about the Independent voters.

I totally agree!

Once they are in- THE DAMAGE IS DONE!

But, I believe that just the notion that DEMOCRATS ARE ACTUALLY VOTING FOR IDIOT REPUBLICANS IN PRIMARIES BECAUSE WE DEMOCRATS, IN GENERAL, WITH THE THINKING THEY ARE EASIER TO DEFEAT IN THE GENERAL, is actually being overblown in the media and may just be a big nothing BURGER!

I know I would never do that! And I don't know of any other TRUE Democrats that would do that either.

But, I do not know every Democrat!

If that is true, we should get a huge bounce on election day!
Only open primaries allow that. I think this is more about the millions in ad buys that Dems. did in favor of MAGA morons.

Oh, really? I had thought they were this huge gauge of voter enthusiasm. I've lost count of the # of comments on this board claiming that Biden couldn't have won, because Trump had so many at his rallies.

changing the subject signals defeat.

you were not there so that means you saw what media wanted to show you. which has been my point all along.

Sure sure we all believe you. Now stop trying to spin and provide proof that you didn't lie. :okjen:

Show us your proof for this lie of yours .

A significant portion of Trump's base believe the QAnon stuff.

LOL

YOU accused me of lying. Prove the lie.

MOST of Trump's recent rally had the QAnon sign flashing. MANY of those at Trump's rallies and protests wear Q shirts or carry Q flags. Online, the Q's and Trumpers always align.

I didn't give a # or percentage. I said significant. It's not miniscule.

Pathetic. Prove the LIE. You made the accusation. Prove it.

And just because you asked:

QAnon: Poll finds half of Trump supporters believe in baseless claims (usatoday.com)

I don't know. Is 50% significant, ExpressLane?

From your link

Among those (55% that have even heard) who have heard of QAnon, about three in five (59%) voters think it’s an extremist conspiracy theory with no basis in fact. One in nine (11%) say they think the QAnon goes too far, but they believe some of what they’ve heard, and just 7% think it’s true, outright.

55% of 7% is 3.85 % Is 3.85% significant Bartender?

Oh my goodness....are you still trying to save face?

Very intellectually dishonest, and a cherrypick. And even w/ the cherrypick, we're talking one fifth - SIGNIFICANT. But it's really half that believe some of it.

And now let's look at your statement. You said 'almost none of the right.'

Forgot that, didn't you? I'll repeat: "ALMOST NONE OF THE RIGHT."

Game, set, you know the rest.

Only 55% of the people had even heard of OAnon and of that 55% only 7% think it is true. That means 3.85% of the total think its true. Stop trying to lie to everyone

I mean - not much to say here. Typical Trumper who - like their leader - simply can't admit when they're wrong.

It shows strength to admit when you're clearly wrong. It's why I think Trump is very weak. He simply can't do it the vast majority of the time.

And exactly what percentage of the crap on QAnon it proven false? What is true and what is false? I have never read any of it and don't personally know anyone that has.

When in doubt, move the goalposts. I appreciate the effort.

That stuff is psychotic. It's shocking that so many believe it. You should learn about it before you go calling people liars. It has taken hold like some religions in the U.S.

Typical Dementia Biden fan takes a BS poll from a liberal source and twist the findings. Only 55% of those questioned had ever heard of QAnon and of those only 7% thought any of it was true. That is 3.85% of the total who were asked. A pretty small number.

Fromyour poll

Here is another jewel for you only 37% of Republican voters had ever heard of QAnon.
